Furniture should be used in dry, enclosed spaces, protected from harmful atmospheric conditions and direct sunlight (which can cause changes in color or fading of the furniture surface and fabric).

Do not place furniture closer than 1 m from active heat sources (electric heaters, stoves, radiators, etc.).

Table and desk surfaces should be protected from direct high temperatures (hot dishes), wetting (water - e.g. leaky vases), dampness, scratches (placing sharp objects or others, e.g. metal sculptures, metal handbag fittings), and chemically active solutions (including spilled solvent, alcohol, body care products). These factors can cause damage, e.g. to the lacquer, and may result in stains, discoloration, or dullness. Coasters should be used to avoid damage.
