Furniture should be used in dry, enclosed spaces, protected from harmful atmospheric conditions and direct sunlight (which contributes to changes in the product's shade or fading of the furniture surface and fabric).

Furniture should not be placed less than 1 m away from active heat sources (electric heaters, stoves, radiators, etc.).

Tabletop surfaces should be protected from direct exposure to high temperatures (hot dishes), wetting (water – e.g., leaky vases), dampness, scratching (placing sharp objects or other items, e.g., metal sculptures, metal bag fittings), and chemically active solutions (including spilled solvent, alcohol, body care liquids). These factors can cause damage, e.g., to the lacquer, and may result in stains, discoloration, or dulling. Coasters should be used to avoid damage.
